Refertio is provided by Pricefy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11256046, VAT number GB306388106), with registered office at 35 Ballards Lane, London N3 1XW, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@refertio.com.

Refertio lets you photograph or import your medical records, reads their text, organises them by type, date and facility, finds them through search and shows how your laboratory values change over time. One account can hold several profiles, for example for your children or your parents.

Some features shown on the website are marked as coming soon. They are not part of the service until they are released in the app.

Refertio helps you keep and understand your documents. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not replace your doctor. Always discuss your health and your results with a qualified healthcare professional.

Automatic reading can make mistakes. The original photo of each document is the reference: check the details Refertio shows you against it, and correct them when needed.

In an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number. Do not rely on Refertio.

Keep your password and your devices secure: anything done from your account is your responsibility. You can see the devices signed in to your account and sign them out at any time. If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and write to us.

Your records belong to you. You give us permission to store, read and process them only to provide the service to you. We do not use them for anything else.

When you upload records of another person, such as a child, you confirm that you are entitled to do so, for example as a parent or guardian, or with their permission.

Do not use Refertio to store content that is not yours to store, to break the law, to access other accounts, or to interfere with the service or its security. We may suspend an account that does so, and we will tell you why.

We work to keep Refertio available and your data safe, but we cannot promise that the service will never be interrupted. We may change or improve the service. If a change removes something you rely on, we tell you in advance and you can export your data.

You can close your account at any time from the app. Closing it deletes your data, as described in the Privacy Policy, so export it first if you want to keep a copy. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after giving you notice and the chance to export your data, unless the law requires otherwise.

We are responsible for the service we provide, within the limits allowed by law. We are not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of information shown in Refertio without checking it against the original document and a healthcare professional. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Italian and European law.

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the court of the place where you live.

When we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. If you do not accept the new terms, you can close your account.
